Returns Policy
Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Spares and Accessories
We expect that you will be delighted with your product. If you have cause to be dissatisfied with the order you have received or if it is incorrect due to our error or faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or refund you andmeet the cost of the return, provided you return it to us within 30 days of delivery, and contact us as indicated below. Spares and Accessories may be returned for refund within 30 days but the goods must be in new condition complete with packaging supplied. A re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged to cover shipping costs and processing costs incurred on Items no longer required.
Returned products must be sent to address on the contact page, Please note if you wish to return our product you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sales@kenilworthspares.co.uk or Tel: 01704 575 115. If the answer machine comes on please leave your name and telephone number and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Price refunds will be credited directly to the same debit or credit card used when placing the order. All refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of the returned order. Where appropriate, we refund the postage charge to you by sending you a cheque.
How to return items:
- You contact us first at sales@kenilworthspares.co.ukwithin 48 hours of receipt.
- Enclose a copy of your invoice with the returns
- Return the product to the address given within 30 days
Unless you are returning the product because it is incorrect due to our error, faulty or damaged on delivery, it must be returned in perfect resaleable condition.
Garage Doors (Returns, Refunds & Cancellation)
We cannot accept cancellations of Garage doors under any circumstances once orders have been placed with the manufacturers. (Each door is hand built and hand finished to your individual order)
We emphasise that you must measure and stipulate the correct size of door when you order. We will only refund on a garage door when it is found to be faulty and a suitable replacement is not available. Under no circumstances will we refund or replace any product that has been damaged after a delivery has been signed for by you or your representative.
Under no circumstances will we refund or replace your garage door if you have ordered it wrong. This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which remains unaffected.
