The wire had snapped and the door was unsuable,was`nt looking forward to the job,but the parts were delivered promtly.
I downloaded the instructions and except for not tensioning the spring correctly the job was straight forward,but would have been an impossible task without your clear info

| OK, well i can tell you that I have related to a number of friends, the superb service I received from Kenilworth doors. The goods were delivered promptly and as ordered. I did encounter a problem fitting the new parts but a call to Ashley, and he resolved the problem quickly. I suggested that I order extra parts from him to complete the job, but he told me a way to overcome the difficulty without forking out extra dosh. Top man, top company and no hesitation to recommend. Oh, and I have no connection to the company. |
