Spares and Accessories Delivery
UK mainland delivery
Delivery is free to most uk destinations. The majority of products are same day dispatch by 1st class Royal Mail (1-2 days) if the goods are in stock and ordered before the time stated under each product on a weekday they will be dispatched that day. Larger heavier products will be sent by a courier. In exceptional circumstances delivery may take longer. If you are not home when your goods are delivered, the carrier will normally leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery. Out side of UK mainland delivery Orders under £30.00 will be sent free same day dispatch by 1st class Royal Mail, to the Channel Isles, Isle of man, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland and Outer Scotland. Orders over £30.00 to the above destination will be sent by a courier and a £25.00 charge will de added for this.
Next working day delivery. Monday -Thursday. Optional extra £8.00 next working day delivery is avalible with APC overnight (UK mainland only) orders must be ordered before 3.00pm for next working day.
In the unlikely event that you have not received your product please contact us at sales@kenilworthspares.co.ukWe endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, we do not send out packages on Saturdays or Sundays. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by a third party.
Garage door Delivery
Free delivery within UK mainland addresses only. Delivery times can vary from 2/ 4 weeks but please allow for 6 weeks. You will be contacted in advance of garage door delivery. Delivery will be Monday to Friday. Your Garage door will be delivered by a lorry as close as possible to the address provided. On delivery you must check that the door is not damaged and it is the correct door that you have ordered before signing. On delivery the driver will need assistance to offload your garage door.
Worldwide orders
We can despatch small products to most worldwide destinations by Royal Mail or by APC overnight. Please contact us by e-mail for a shipping price.
